Cancelation & Return Policy
CANCELATION POLICY:
Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date.

NO-SHOWS will forfeit the deposit and can not be transferred.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if 48-hour notice is given on your original scheduled appointment. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling if not canceled 48 hours before your original appointment.

RETURNS:
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on broken or lost jewelry as it still is delicate jewelry and can break if snagged. It's important to keep in mind that the jewelry is only welded on to make it non-removable and is not guaranteed to not break. However, we are more than happy to re-weld your jewelry if it does break and you still have it. the first repair is always Free! We do not recommend purchasing permanent jewelry if you have sensitivities to gold, silver, or other base metals. We are not responsible for any skin sensitivity reaction & do not issue refunds for those instances.
